A hearty and wholesome dish, our vegan Three Bean Curry combines the rich flavors of kidney beans, butter beans, and black beans in a fragrant, spiced tomato sauce. This easy-to-cook recipe is perfect for a nutritious weeknight meal or a satisfying lunch, providing a generous amount of plant-based protein to keep you energized and full.

Fry your diced onions until they begin to soften. One they are soft add in your diced garlic and chopped chilies.
Cook for another 2 mins. Make sure not to burn the onion or garlic
Add in the tin of chopped tomatoes, and stir in a generous tablespoon of Seasoned Greetings Bean seasoning.
Add in the coconut milk, stir in and reduce for 5 minutes
Add the kidney beans, butter beans and black beans and simmer for 6 minute, or until the beans are cooked though and the sauce has thickened
Garnish the three bean curry with fresh chilies and chopped coriander. We also like to serve with sour cream and warmed flatbreads.
